During its almost 50 years of operation, ABAXA Corporation, SRL has expanded and fine-tuned its distribution network to an extensive and efficient sales tool that covers the entire country. We have adapted the “best business practices” of logistics operations – including state of the art IT support – to the Dominican market, ensuring cost savings and excellence in availability, delivery times and service.
Coverage
Our extensive coverage network includes wholesalers, warehouses, supermarkets, industries, hotels as well as public and private institutions.
Sales Force
Our sales force is formed of experienced and well supervised sales agents, who have been rigorously trained. They are supported by our office staff and by mobile information technology with real time data access, with the objective of maximizing the effectiveness of each sales visit. Our sales force also functions as a very important source of feedback regarding market opportunities.
Telemarketing
Our telemarketing department has the proactive role of realizing sales calls in order to make sure that our customers always maintain appropriate levels of inventory. In addition, our telemarketing department provides support to our sales force by receiving customer orders and resolving matters related to customer satisfaction and service.
Delivery
Our modern fleet of vehicles allows for prompt deliveries of customer orders (within 24 hours in Santo Domingo and 48 hours in the rest of the country). In addition, we have signed strategic alliances with a few choice transportation companies, which allow us to provide timely deliveries even in some of the more remote rural areas.
Logistics
The use of the latest IT software from SAP ensures that our operations are highly efficient and that we are able to fulfill the expectations of our customers and surpass the service provided by our competition.
